Step by step
Step 1
Pack your lamp, including all relevant components and the completed repair form, in a package and send it to: "Lupine Lighting Systems GmbH, Im Zwiesel 9, 92318 Neumarkt, Germany"
Step 2
As soon as your package arrives with us, our service staff will begin checking your lamp for defects and will contact you as soon as costs exceed 50 euros.
Step 3

Battery replacement
Is your battery getting old and weak? To ensure proper disposal of the battery cells, we offer a return service for your old battery. Simply send us the completed PDF along with the battery. After a brief review, we'll send you a voucher code for our online shop to purchase the new battery.
Spare parts for self-installation
The battery of your C14 Mag taillight, the lens of your SL MiniMax, the seal of your Penta headlamp, and more: On some models, parts can be replaced yourself using common tools such as allen or hex keys. You can find numerous replacement parts directly under accessories.
