High-quality housing made of CNC-milled aluminum
Alutec describes our high-quality housings, where we rely on uncompromising quality and state-of-the-art manufacturing technology. Our lamp heads are crafted from a single block of high-strength 6061-T6 aluminum alloy – precisely CNC-milled, shot-peened, and black anodized. This complex process guarantees minimal tolerances, maximum stability, and exceptionally low weight. The result: a housing that not only looks stunning but also withstands the toughest conditions.

With precisely coordinated lens systems and reflectors, we create a maximally homogeneous light pattern with consistently uniform illumination and light color – only pure, clearly defined light. Each lens or reflector is specifically tailored to the specific application: from wide floodlights for maximum overview to focused spotlights for pinpoint illumination. This creates light that is not only bright but perfectly suited to the application – precise, harmonious, and uncompromising.

At Lupine, we leave nothing to chance – especially not the heart of every lamp: the LED. In a complex selection process, we test and select each individual LED according to the strictest quality criteria. Only components that meet our high standards of performance, color fidelity, and efficiency find their way into our products.
OSRAM & CREE
For our streetlights, we therefore rely exclusively on OSRAM LEDs from the Compact PL series, proven in the automotive sector. Our headlamps, helmet lights, and flashlights, however, utilize premium LEDs from Cree—known for their impressive brightness, longevity, and maximum efficiency. The result: perfect light—powerful and reliable in every situation.

Our proprietary electronics ensure optimal brightness and temperature control, ensuring maximum light output in every situation. At the same time, the lamp head is protected from overheating.
Smart electronics: status LEDs
And depending on the features of the respective lamp, our electronics offer smart or automatic additional functions that improve handling. Our specially developed colored status indicators are part of the intelligent electronics and intuitively display information about battery status, lighting mode, and other functions at a glance.

Thanks to sophisticated mounting options—whether via quick-release mounts, GoPro mounts, various adhesive and hook and loop solutions, or our proprietary quick-change system — our models can be adapted to any situation in seconds. Our external SmartCore batteries in various capacities also contribute to this, allowing our light systems to be further customized in terms of weight or runtime.

Intelligent battery system
Our Lupine SmartCore batteries combine pure power with smart electronics. A quick press of a button is all it takes, and the integrated capacity indicator displays the current charge level in precise 10 percent increments. But the technology can do more: An intelligent balancing system ensures optimized power output, which also significantly extends the battery life. As a helpful extra feature, the LEDs on the capacity indicator can be used as a practical emergency tail light or running light.

Connectors and cables you can rely on
Our specially developed plug contacts and ULT (Ultra Low Temperature) cables are designed for outdoor use and the harshest conditions. The heavy-duty connectors remain absolutely secure even under strong vibrations – and are also rated for extreme currents of up to 10 amps. To ensure that the energy from your Lupine lamp flows reliably even in freezing cold or scorching heat, we use extra-thick copper cables consisting of countless fine wires. This ensures maximum kink resistance with minimal resistance. The polyurethane insulation remains flexible and durable even at temperatures from -40°C to +80°C. Robust, reliable, temperature-resistant – true Lupine quality down to the smallest connection.

The selection of the highest quality materials, the use of select components, and our meticulous craftsmanship result in lamp heads built to last. Based on this conviction, we offer a lifetime warranty (10 years) on our lamp heads – because we know that true quality has no expiration date.
