Our team is seeking reinforcement!
You have a degree in business administration, economics or a comparable qualification with a focus on finance, controlling or accounting, as well as initial to several years of professional experience in controlling, finance or accounting. Experience in a medium-sized production, trading or e-commerce environment is an advantage. You bring good knowledge of German GAAP (HGB), a solid understanding of accounting principles and hands-on experience with ERP systems – ideally Odoo. Very good Excel skills are essential; experience with BI tools, Power Automate, Python or APIs is desirable. Strong analytical thinking, a structured and independent way of working, strong communication skills and high standards for data quality complete your profile. Very good German and good English skills are required.
As a central interface between management, finance, sales and operations, you will actively help to build up our controlling: you will create and develop monthly and quarterly reports, plan-actual comparisons, variance analyses and KPI dashboards, and prepare sound decision-making bases for management and shareholders.
You will analyse inventories, capital commitment, throughput times and manufacturing costs and, together with the operational teams, derive measures to increase efficiency in production and the flow of goods.
You will use and further develop our system landscape (Odoo, DATEV, Shopify), automate reports and data flows and ensure high data quality and consistency across all systems.
You will support budgeting, liquidity planning, forecasts as well as monthly and annual financial statements, analyse cost structures and earnings development, and act as a sparring partner for commercial and operational questions.
You bring dexterity, manual skills and a strong sense of quality, and you stand out through your technical understanding and a conscientious, reliable way of working. You enjoy working in a team, grasp things quickly and approach your tasks with initiative, patience and analytical skills. An outgoing personality and strong communication skills complete your profile. Ideally, you have already gained first experience in production, assembly, cable assembly or soldering.
You will manufacture and assemble high-quality sports and outdoor lighting as well as accessories, prepare individual parts for further processing and carry out cable assembly and soldering work with high precision. You will also support various work steps within production.
Through subsequent quality checks you will ensure clean, precise and reliable workmanship, identify and report deviations and work conscientiously according to defined standards and processes.
If your profile matches our requirements or a new position becomes available, you will hear from us soon!
