Shipping conditions

Orders received before 2 PM on weekdays will be shipped the same day if possible. Orders placed after 2 PM, on weekends or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Free shipping from the order value shown in the table below; below that, the shipping costs listed there apply.

If an order contains items with different delivery times, everything will be shipped together in one delivery. The delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time.
Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather or stock availability. We do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

Shipping is via UPS; in Germany, Austria and Switzerland optionally also via DHL, and in Germany additionally via UPS Express Saver. In Germany, delivery to a post office or parcel locker (DHL) is also possible.

Customers outside the EU (e.g. Switzerland, Great Britain) pay without German VAT (19%).
In addition, the respective national import VAT, any customs duties and the carrier’s customs clearance and service fees must be paid directly to the shipping service provider.

Payment terms

Consumers can pay by:
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro)
- PayPal (incl. PayPal Express)
- Klarna (pay now or installment payment/pay later)
- Google Pay and Apple Pay (depending on your device)

Business customers (B2B) pay via their company account by:
- Purchase on invoice (payable within 8 days less 2% early payment discount, or 14 days net)
- Prepayment (bank transfer) – shipping after receipt of full payment
- SEPA B2B Direct Debit (confirmed mandate required in original before the first delivery)
