Team Lead Manufacturing - Full-time (m/f/d)
We are looking for a leader for our production department if you want to put your experience in production, assembly, and team leadership into practice. You will actively shape the production processes, lead a team of around ten employees, and benefit from clear structures, plenty of creative freedom, and the opportunity to further develop production.
Your profile
You have professional experience in manufacturing, production, or assembly, ideally in electronics, precision mechanics, or comparable technologies. Initial leadership experience or a willingness to take on responsibility rounds out your profile. You work in a structured, solution-oriented, and decisive manner, reliably achieving daily targets regarding output, quality, and cycle times. Proficiency in IT systems, such as Odoo, is part of your daily routine. An affinity for our products and enthusiasm for high-quality technical and outdoor equipment are a plus.
Your responsibilities
You will lead a team in final assembly, battery production, and laser marking, reporting directly to the COO. You will be responsible for production planning, prioritization, and operational control, ensuring that products are manufactured in the right quantity, quality, on time, and at the right price. You will develop, motivate, and empower your team both professionally and personally, coordinate production with design, purchasing, quality management, and logistics, lead the daily shop floor meeting, and support the launch of new products and manufacturing processes. Furthermore, you will ensure stable and efficient production processes, work with a KPI-driven approach, and advance the digitalization of production control.

Payroll Accountant - Part-time/min. 20 hours (m/f/d)
To support our accounting team, we are looking for an experienced payroll accountant (m/f/d) for monthly payroll processing, travel expense accounting and assistance in financial accounting.
Your profile
You have successfully completed training as a tax assistant or a comparable qualification with relevant further training. You work in a structured and reliable manner, enjoy teamwork, and are willing to work at least 20 hours per week. Ideally, you already have experience in payroll accounting; knowledge of DATEV LODAS is an advantage.
Your tasks
You will be responsible for monthly payroll processing and handling travel expense reports. In addition, you will support our team in financial accounting and, together with your colleagues, ensure smooth accounting processes.

Social Media & eCommerce - Working Student (m/f/d)
We're looking for someone to support our Social Media & Digital team if you want to deepen your practical experience in your studies of marketing, media or communication studies, e-commerce, or a related field. Your profile
You are studying marketing, communications, media, e-commerce, or a related field and ideally have some initial practical experience in social media. You have a good sense for trends, storytelling, and visual content and are comfortable using platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Basic knowledge of image and video editing software (e.g., Canva, Adobe, CapCut, etc.) is a plus. You are interested in digital business models, online retail, and performance-driven marketing. Furthermore, you work in a structured, creative, and proactive manner and are eager to take responsibility for your own topics and projects.
Your tasks
You will support the planning, creation, and publication of social media content and contribute to the further development of our social media strategy. This includes implementing campaigns for e-commerce promotions, product launches, and brand communication. You will work closely with external social media agencies, content creators, and other partners, assisting in the coordination of content, timing, and campaigns. Furthermore, you will analyze relevant key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for optimization. In close collaboration with marketing, e-commerce, and external partners, you will contribute your own ideas to increase reach, engagement, and conversion.

Hardware & software development - Working student (m/f/d)
We are looking for someone to support our hardware and software development team if you want to deepen your practical knowledge in electrical engineering or a comparable technical field. Your profile
You are studying electrical engineering or a comparable technical field and ideally have initial experience with microcontrollers and low-level programming. You already possess strong C skills; experience in hardware development with ECAD, preferably Altium, is a plus. You are passionate about cycling and outdoor sports – you understand our customers because you enjoy being outdoors yourself. Furthermore, you work in a structured and proactive manner and are eager to take on responsibility in real development projects.
Your tasks
You will design and develop a brake light for bicycle taillights according to standards and implement intelligent embedded software for the sensors. You will also contribute to the further development of existing hardware. Through testing on the test bench, you will ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards and function reliably in use.

Inside Sales Representative Care & Repair - Full-time (m/f/d)
We are looking for a highly communicative individual who enjoys direct customer contact and wants to actively shape the Lupine customer experience in a key role. In this multifaceted position, you will be the central point of contact for our end customers and retail partners – from order processing to repair coordination.
Your profile
You enjoy customer contact, have a positive attitude, and always present yourself professionally. You are characterized by a fast work pace, motivation, and a results-oriented approach. You are proficient in using IT systems – ideally, you have experience with Odoo (ERP system) and Shopify (webshop platform) or are willing to quickly learn new tools. You have experience in customer-oriented work, for example in service, internal sales, or retail, and you always communicate in a structured and solution-oriented manner. An affinity for our products and enthusiasm for high-quality technology and outdoor equipment are advantageous. Your tasks
You will be responsible for order processing for end customers (B2C) via our webshop and for retailers via our B2B portal. In the "Care & Repair" department, you will manage returns and repairs so that our customers can get back on the road as quickly as possible with a high-performance lighting system, true to our motto "Built for a Lifetime." You will work closely with your colleagues from Customer Service, Returns, Shipping, Production, and other teams to ensure smooth processes and a first-class customer experience. Furthermore, you will actively contribute to quality initiatives, identify areas for improvement, and develop proposals for the continuous improvement of our processes.
