Team Lead Manufacturing - Full-time (m/f/d)

We are looking for a leader for our production department if you want to put your experience in production, assembly, and team leadership into practice. You will actively shape the production processes, lead a team of around ten employees, and benefit from clear structures, plenty of creative freedom, and the opportunity to further develop production.

Your profile

You have professional experience in manufacturing, production, or assembly, ideally in electronics, precision mechanics, or comparable technologies. Initial leadership experience or a willingness to take on responsibility rounds out your profile. You work in a structured, solution-oriented, and decisive manner, reliably achieving daily targets regarding output, quality, and cycle times. Proficiency in IT systems, such as Odoo, is part of your daily routine. An affinity for our products and enthusiasm for high-quality technical and outdoor equipment are a plus.

Your responsibilities

You will lead a team in final assembly, battery production, and laser marking, reporting directly to the COO. You will be responsible for production planning, prioritization, and operational control, ensuring that products are manufactured in the right quantity, quality, on time, and at the right price. You will develop, motivate, and empower your team both professionally and personally, coordinate production with design, purchasing, quality management, and logistics, lead the daily shop floor meeting, and support the launch of new products and manufacturing processes. Payroll Accountant - Part-time/min. 20 hours (m/f/d)

To support our accounting team, we are looking for an experienced payroll accountant (m/f/d) for monthly payroll processing, travel expense accounting and assistance in financial accounting.

Your profile

You have successfully completed training as a tax assistant or a comparable qualification with relevant further training. You work in a structured and reliable manner, enjoy teamwork, and are willing to work at least 20 hours per week. Ideally, you already have experience in payroll accounting; knowledge of DATEV LODAS is an advantage.

Your tasks

You will be responsible for monthly payroll processing and handling travel expense reports. In addition, you will support our team in financial accounting and, together with your colleagues, ensure smooth accounting processes.

Hardware & software development - Working student (m/f/d)

You will design and develop a brake light for bicycle taillights according to standards and implement intelligent embedded software for the sensors. Inside Sales Representative Care & Repair - Full-time (m/f/d)

We are looking for a highly communicative individual who enjoys direct customer contact and wants to actively shape the Lupine customer experience in a key role. In this multifaceted position, you will be the central point of contact for our end customers and retail partners – from order processing to repair coordination.

Your profile

You are proficient in using IT systems – ideally, you have experience with Odoo (ERP system) and Shopify (webshop platform) or are willing to quickly learn new tools.
