Shipping and payment

Shipping conditions

 Orders received before 2 PM on weekdays will be shipped the same day if possible. Orders placed after 2 PM or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Free shipping when the minimum order value is reached, otherwise shipping costs will apply (see table below).

If an order contains items with different delivery times, everything will be shipped together in one delivery. The delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time.
Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather or stock availability. We do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

Shipping is via DHL, UPS, or UPS Express Saver. In Germany, delivery to a post office or parcel locker is also possible.

Customers outside the EU (e.g. Switzerland, Great Britain) pay without German VAT (19%).
In addition, the respective national VAT, any presentation fees and customs duties must be paid directly to the shipping service provider.
